Harry Wu was born in 1966 to a family of acrobats in Shandong, China. When
he migrated to the United States in 1992, he began traveling much of the U.S.
as a member of the Acrobatic Troupe for Ringling Bros. Circus. He was immediately
taken by the intense beauty of the American wilderness.

to push his creative instincts in acrobatics to new levels by attempting to
record the natural beauty that surrounded him in his new homeland.
