Paper
1. Arches 140lb Watercolor Paper is a professional grade watercolor paper of the highest quality. Made in France since 1492, this paper is 100% cotton and is cylinder mould made with natural gelatin sizing.
2. Red Star Xuan Paper is the definitely one of the worlds best, and has been established by UNESO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization). The handmade Red Star Xuan Paper, or Rice paper as it is known to the west, is not made from rice straw or bamboo pulp. Rather it's from the bark fiber of a special tree called Qintan or Than trees (Pteroceltis Tatarinowii Maxim). This tree's bark fiber can be peeled and grow back again and again. Because of these special fiber, top quality xuan paper can last for hundreds of years.
